Brown doesn't get tough on Scotland

Further to this, this, from Tim Dodds‘s excellent blog. I don’t think I can put it any better.

It’s quite shocking and goes to the heart of just what the Labour government has become. There is no law without justice – Baroness Scotland of all people should know that.
